Deposit policy A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. * Deposits will go toward your total service amount. * If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time if notice is given at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation Policy * We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. * Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. If you are charged due to a late cancellation, you will have 7 days from the original appointment date to reschedule and receive credit for the amount paid. After 7 days, the payment will no longer be valid and a new appointment will require a new payment. Late Arrival Policy * Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. * A 10 minutes grace period is allowed. * if you run in late please comunícate as soon as possible. * Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment depending on availability and deposit will be forfeited. * clients that communicate ahead of time accommodations may be made at my discretion based on schedule availability .
