Cancellation Policy
Deposit policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments.
* Deposits will go toward your total service amount.
* If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time if notice is given at least 24 hours before your appointment.

* We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in loss of deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
* Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
* A 10 minutes grace period is allowed.
* if you run in late please comunícate as soon as possible.
* Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment depending on availability and deposit will be forfeited.
* clients that communicate ahead of time accommodations may be made at my discretion based on schedule availability .
